It’s important to us that you are happy with your purchase. However, in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied, most of our products are eligible for a full refund providing they are in a resalable condition.
You have 14 days from the point of delivery or collection of goods to advise us of your intent to return, then a further 14 days to return the goods back to us. After this time period, we can offer an exchange only.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on painted radiators.
How to return
Goods can be returned in person to our parent company, Wholesale Domestic Bathrooms, located at 50 Montrose Avenue, Hillington Park, Glasgow, G52 4LA.
Alternatively, they can be returned to our locations in Aberdeen and Edinburgh:
Aberdeen: Unit 1, Wellington Trade Park, Aberdeen, AB11 8DG.
Edinburgh: Unit 6, Fort Kinnaird Trade Park, 74 Newcraighall Road, Edinburgh, EH15 3HS.
You can also return your items by post to 50 Montrose Avenue, Hillington Park, Glasgow, G52 4LA. Please note that returns postage is not pre-paid and will be the responsibility of the customer.
