At Designer Heating, we offer standard delivery, two-man assisted delivery, and click & collect options to ensure you can receive everything you need in the most convenient way.
Our items are categorised into small, medium and large delivery sizes to make things simple.
Small: Items that are less than 60cm and 1kg, such as radiator valves, radiator brackets, electric heating elements, pipe sleeve kits.
Medium: Most of our radiators and towel rails.
Large: Anything over 2m or weighing over 60kg.
Your delivery size will be calculated at checkout along with delivery zone, depending on area, which can be viewed below:
Delivery methods
Standard delivery:
All small and medium-sized deliveries are handled by our couriers and delivered directly to your door.
Large deliveries are handled by our specially selected pallet delivery partners. The goods will be delivered kerbside, as close as possible to your front door. If the location is inaccessible due to reasons such as a narrow street or a flight of stairs, delivery will be made as near as possible to your property.
Order over £500? FREE standard delivery:
We are pleased to be able to offer free standard delivery on orders over £500 to addresses within Zone A. Please refer to our infographic above for more details on which areas in the UK come under Zone A.
2-man assisted delivery:
For larger, heavier orders we can offer our 2-man assisted delivery service. This allows your items to be delivered to the room of choice within your property.
This service will appear at checkout if applicable to your order and costs £59.95 for orders under £500 and £39.95 for orders over £500. This is subject to postcode restrictions within Scotland only.
Click & collect:
Orders can be collected free of charge from our parent company’s location at 50 Montrose Avenue, Hillington Park, Glasgow, G52 4LA.
Simply select the ‘Collect’ option at checkout. Most items are eligible for Click & Collect however not all items can be collected on the same day as ordering. A member of our sales team will contact you when your order is ready to collect.
If you live closer to our parent company’s bathroom showrooms located in Aberdeen and Edinburgh, then items can also be collected here.

For delivery to Northern Ireland there is an additional £40 customs fee which will be added to all orders.
